Refund and Return Policy

All furniture orders are made-to-order. While we accept returns (with no re-stocking charges), you are responsible for all shipping charges (delivery to you, and returning to Artisan). We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we strive to earn your repeat business.

Note: If you reject a delivery (without first contacting us), we will charge the shipping costs from your deposit. Our committment to you is to ensure the furniture meets your satisfaction. We will repair or replace any shipment damaged pieces to your satisfaction at our discretion (repair or replace).

Management may provide exceptions to the above policy at their discretion.
